The prefab facility at Bidar was established in to cater to the rising demand for specialized heavy steel fabrication requirements in India. The plant has successfully delivered fabricated steel all around the country including the Delhi Airport project covering 22 acres and the prestigious Mumbai Airport project involving 33 acres of roof structures.

The plant has a covered area in excess of 1,50,000 sft with an installed capacity of 36,000 TPA from a fully automated section consisting of CNC machines, robots and automatic welding facilities and a manual conveyor section for manual fit-up, welding and finishing. The plant can fabricate heavy plates and jumbo sections into pre-fabricated assemblies and components for tall buildings, large span bridges and roofs, power plants, industrial buildings and infrastructure projects.

The plant is equipped with state of the art European machines and robots for automated fabrication. The production lines range from sawing, drilling, welding, robot coping, plate cutting, manual fit-up & welding, blasting, etc.
